Project Overview
For Bodyshop Equipment Solutions, we successfully executed the conversion of existing automotive spray booths into high-efficiency LPG-fired baking systems
The objective was to upgrade the curing performance of the spray booths by replacing the existing heating system with a modern LPG-fired solution, improving energy efficiency, heating consistency, and operational cost effectiveness.
The project included detailed layout design, submission to council and emergency services, integration of stainless-steel heat exchangers, installation of Riello LPG burners, control system reprogramming, LPG manifold reticulation, flue ducting, and full commissioning with compliance certification.
This retrofit project demonstrates our ability to modernize and upgrade existing finishing infrastructure without requiring complete booth replacement — delivering enhanced baking performance while optimizing capital investment.
