Superfine beneficiated coal containing less than 7% ash is injected together with steam into the ARIA Plasma Gasifier. The reactor operates under sealed negative-pressure conditions at temperatures exceeding 2,000°C. As a result, the intense plasma energy rapidly converts carbon and dissociates steam within fractions of a second. This process produces a hydrogen-rich syngas with high calorific value for power generation, hydrogen production, synthetic fuels, and industrial applications.
