IASF has grown exponentially in past 7 years only because of our team, we pride ourselves in being an organization which believes in team efforts and treat all our staff with respect and acknowledge their contribution in every project be it huge Mineral processing plants or small service and repair jobs.
Every team member has their role, which needs to be completed accurately for the entire project to be successful.
Akshay Gaikwad
Started his career in South Africa as a Project manager and a product designer in the field of plant engineering in the year 2013 within 5 years in 2017 he founded IASF technologies based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Under his leadership IASF technologies have completed various projects worth more than 4.1 million USD in just 6 years. This achievement has been possible due to the hands-on approach to every client’s requirement and by coming up with the most efficient solution for all our clients’ problems in their plant facility. Be it compliance or efficiency the plants designed by Akshay are always custom designed to exact requirement of the client and not just copy and paste from previous projects.
A new chapter of IASF technologies has begun since December 2023 based in Pune, India to be able to provide best value for money plants to rest of the world and local Indian market.
Fabio Vitale
Fabio joined the IASF team in 2020 when IASF needed cashflow injection during Covid lockdowns.
An experienced accountant with passion for automotive refinishing plants and equipment Fabio leads the IASF team by implementing healthy financial decisions and planning for finance department.
His leadership has lead IASF to be in sound financial health since 2020.
Kaustubh Gaikwad
Kaustubh has 15 + years experience in marketing & sales and has a sound technical background to understand our niche industry.
His efforts have lead IASF to be busy round the year and work to its full capacity untill today. His moto is to undertake projects that we as a team can handle comfortably without comprimising any of the project timelines or budgets.
Ankit Shah
Ankit has joined IASF team since 2020 as a jnr. project engineer and has worked his way up the ladder to Snr project manager very fast with his ability to manage diverse projects with ease and lead the site time accurately.
Mechanical engineering & MBA from South AFrica has helped Ankit to understand complex project cycles very well to execute large projects efficienntly
Alexi Philippides
Alexi is a dedicated team member with vast experience in Automotive refinishing equipment and has the responsibility of promoting the company in African Continent.
He has successfully been point of contact for all our clients in Africa since 2021 and made sure all the client expectations are met. he motivates the team to deliver all comitments made to the client on time.
