Project Overview
 

In 2022, we successfully supplied and commissioned an ARIA ULTIMO Paint Spray Booth and Paint Mixing Room for PC Struwig Panel beaters, a leading automotive refinishing workshop in Kimberley. 

The project was designed as a custom-engineered automotive paint booth solution, tailored to meet the client’s production volume, space availability, and finish quality requirements. The scope included complete engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the spray booth system. 

The ARIA ULTIMO model was selected for its high-efficiency airflow design, uniform paint finish quality, energy-efficient curing system, and compliance with automotive refinishing safety standards. The system ensures optimal overspray extraction, dust-free painting environment, and controlled baking cycles for superior surface finish. 

This project strengthened the client’s ability to deliver high-quality automotive repainting services with improved turnaround time and consistent finish standards.
