PLASMA GASIFICATION OF SUPER FINE COAL

Sealed plasma reactor operating with negative pressure, ensuring the highest yield & purity of SynGas

Superfine beneficiated coal (<7% ash) and steam are injected into a sealed negative-pressure reactor where plasma temperatures exceeding 2000 °C convert the feed to syngas in less than one second.

The extreme thermal environment rapidly cracks steam molecules and gasifies carbon, while mineral matter melts and solidifies as vitrified inert slag collected at the bottom.

ADVANCED PLASMA TECHNOLOGY FOR CLEAN COAL CONVERSION

ARIA’s sealed plasma reactor converts coal to premium syngas in under a second, maximizing energy and purity.

Plasma gasification converts coal into clean syngas at temperatures above 2000 °C, enabling rapid and efficient conversion with near-complete carbon utilization. It produces high-quality hydrogen-rich gas for fuels, chemicals, and power while vitrifying ash into an inert solid.

The process operates in a sealed system with minimal emissions, making it a cleaner and more efficient pathway for utilizing coal.
