Project Overview
For Hydraulic Hammers, we executed a complete heavy-duty shot blasting plant installation, engineered specifically for blasting large hydraulic components and heavy industrial structures.
The project involved design drafting, structural approvals, civil foundation works, mechanical installation, compressed air system integration, dust extraction, and full commissioning.
The blasting booth was engineered as a reinforced steel structure with high-impact internal protection, advanced grit recovery, and high-capacity dust extraction to ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and long equipment life.
This installation significantly enhanced the client’s surface preparation capability, ensuring superior adhesion quality for downstream coating processes.
