Consumables & Filters

ARIA Supplies all the Consumables & Filters required for preventative maintenance of spray booths and other products.
Filter media are carefully selected from best quality manufacturers in India who have been in business for over 50 years.
A range of filter material is sourced and designed in filter frames that suite our products as all our products are customized the filter frames also need to be special sizes.
Types Of Filters

Fresh air intake filters also called ceiling filters.
Fresh intake filters in a spray booth are essential components designed to capture and filter incoming air before it enters the booth. These filters play a critical role in maintaining air quality within the spray booth, ensuring that the air used in the painting or coating process is free from contaminants that could affect the quality of the finish.
Regular maintenance and timely replacement of fresh intake filters are crucial to ensure that the spray booth continues to operate efficiently, and that the quality of finishes is not compromised by contaminated air. Proper filtration contributes to a safer and more controlled working environment within the spray booth.
The 2 classes widely used in spray booths are 600 G and 560 G filtration media. We stock both types of filters for our own spray booths.
Intake pre filters:
Pre filters are installed inline with intake air to increase life span of the ceiling filters. The Ceiling filter media being more expe4nsive the pre filters try to catch unwanted dust particles before it reaches the ceiling filters.
Types of pre filters are
Pocket type pre filters
Pleated pre filters
Washable pre filters
Andrea Pre filters
Paint arrestor pads.
Paint arrestor pads are filters installed on the exhaust side of the spray booth to trap the overspray before discharging in the atmosphere.
They are made from fiber glass and come is rolls of 20 meters long with various width sizes. The thickness of the paint arrestor pads vary from 30 mm to 50 mm and 40 mm fiber glass rolls are the most popular choice by majority of spray booth manufacturers worldwide.
Fiber glass filters are tested to have 90 to 98 % efficiency and may require one more layer of paint filters before discharge to atmosphere depending on local emission standards and norms.
Activated Carbon filters
Carbon filters are 99.8 % efficient in trapping the overspray hence they are usually used down stream to paint arrestor pads to trap 99.8% of overspray before discharging in the atmosphere. Activated carbon filters are in textile form to make it easier to manufacture pocket type filter frames to be installed inline with the exhaust fan.
Cartridge type filters
Cartridge type filters are available in various sizes and are primarily used in powder coating booths to trap excess powder for reuse.
The cartridge filters are usually installed with reverse pulse system enabling the excess powder to be collected in collection bin below the filters.
The air permeability of the filter must be calculated to engineer correct airflow velocity and pressure for the powder booth.
